All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products purchased through Kavod Lifestyle. Please read our policy below before placing your order.

Why No Refunds?

At Kavod Lifestyle, every item is created in limited batches, often featuring faith-based or special edition designs. As a commitment to maintaining the sanctity, hygiene, and exclusivity of our Kingdom-inspired apparel and to encourage conscious, purposeful shopping, we have adopted a strict no refund and no exchange policy.

What This Means For You

  • All sales are final. Once an order is placed, we cannot provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason apart from the exceptions stated below.
  • We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review product details, size guides, and your order before completing your purchase.
  • In keeping with our values, we encourage intentional shopping and stewardship with your resources.

Exceptions

The only exceptions to this policy are:

  • Products received are clearly defective or damaged during shipping (verified by photographic proof within 48 hours of delivery).
  • Incorrect items received (different size, product, or print than what was ordered).

Non-Returnable Items

For reasons of hygiene, faith-based customization, or limited edition uniqueness, all the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Worn, washed, or used items
  • Custom-designed, personalized, or special order apparel
  • Any product received more than 48 hours ago
